Carol A. Strauser

Carol A. Strauser, age 70, of California, Pennsylvania, died March 7, 2018 following a long-term illness.  Ms. Strauser was the daughter of the late Wilbur A. Strauser and Lois Yeutsy  Strauser of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.  She was born On September 3, 1947 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and resided in Arlington, Virginia  and Wheaton, Maryland before living the rest of her life in California, Pennsylvania.  She was a graduate of the Class of 1965 at Wheaton High School and attended the University of Maryland.  She is survived by her brother, David A. Strauser, and his wife, Barbara, of York, Pennsylvania; and her niece, Christina and her husband, Jeff Friedman, as well as her recent great-nephew, Charlie, all of whom live in Baltimore, Maryland.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made on her behalf to the American Heart Association.  There will be no public viewing and funeral services will be handled by Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home, Inc., of 226 Fallowfield Avenue, Charleroi, Pennsylvania.  Interment will be in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, Pennsylvania.
