Dorothy E. Carly, 92 of Charleroi, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 in the Washington Health Center.  She was born May 29, 1924 in North Charleroi, the daughter of the late William and Alice Higgins Usher.  Mrs. Carly was a member of the First Christian Church in Charleroi.  She is survived by her daughter Judy Gaisbacher and husband Anthony of Twilight; two sons Charles Carly, Jr. and wife Fay of Fallowfield Township and Richard Carly of Washington and her grandson Daniel Carly.  In addition to her parents Mrs. Carly was preceded in death by her husband Charles Carly, Sr.,sister Virigina Ratolo and her brother Myron King.  Funeral services were held today in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Township.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
