Dorothy D. Longwell, 78 of Roscoe, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in Monongahela Valley Hospital, Monongahela, Pa.  She was born September 23, 1937 in New Martinsville, W.VA., the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Lovell Neely.  Dorothy was retired from Corning Glass Works Charleroi Plant.  She is survived by her five daughters Anna Maria Cook of New Martinsville, W.Va., Robin Marie Soroe and husband Michael Giroir of Kenner, LA., Darlene Tuttle and husband Anthony of Suffolk, VA., Clara Wedekamm and husband Shane of Parkersburg, W.VA., and Dianna Longwell of Suffolk, VA.; her son William “Bill” Longwell of Burnsville, W.VA; nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.  Dorothy is also survived by two special friends Janet and Lori.  In addition to her parents Dorothy was preceded in death by her son Charles Joseph Longwell and twin sisters Jean Wilson and June Andrews.  There will be no public visitation and funeral services will be private.  Arrangements were entrusted to the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
