Helen E. Shipe, 79 of Fallowfield Township, passed away, Tuesday, August 8. 2017 at her home.  She was born October 24, 1937 in Charleroi, the daughter of the late Lettie Sprouls and Fred Duke.  She is survived by a son Christopher Shipe; two daughters Pam Ross and Annamarie Foley.  There was no viewing and funeral services were private.
