Joseph E . Fleming, Sr. age 96 of Webster passed on Friday, April 15, 2016 in Victoria House in Monessen.  Joseph was born in Donora on August 2, 1919, the son of the late Iva Huffman and Mr. Fleming.   Joseph is retired from P&LE Railroad where he worked track maintenance.  He was a member of the American Legion Post #212 in Donora.  He also served in WWII in the U. S. Army.   He is survived by his daughter Patricia and husband Frank DeMarco of N. Charleroi.  Grandchildren Vince DeMarco and wife Melissa and Lori Rozik and husband Bill, and their children Chelsea and Josh. Sister Elsie Couser of Warren Ohio. And numerous nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his parents and Wife Mildred Miller who were married  57 years until her death in 2003. Two sons Joseph Earl, Jr. and John William Fleming. Seven brothers Elmer Fleming, Albert, William, Robert, Arliss,  Frank and John Jordon.  Friends will be received on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 6 to 9 pm in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Pa 15022.  Service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10:00 A. M.  in the funeral home.   Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
