Margie Woytovich

Margie Woytovich, 85 of North Charleroi, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 in her home.  She was born June 22, 1931 in New Eagle, the daughter of the late Jose and Mary Hornack Candido.  Margie graduated from Donora High School in the class of 1949.  She was a member of the Holy Trinity Orothodox Church in Charleroi and the “R” Club of the church.  She retired from Monongahela Valley Hospital with 31 years of service.  Margie is survived by her son Ed “Wojie” Woytovich, Jr. and wife Marie of North Charleroi; two grandchildren Mitchell and Mia Woytovich.  One of Margie’s passions was helping raise her grandchildren and watch them succeed in life.  She will be sadly missed by her son, daughter-in-law and her grandchildren.  In addition to her parents Margie was preceded in death by her husband Edwin “Wojie” Woytovich, Sr.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10a.m. in the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Charleroi, with the Rev Fr. Gregory Peterson officiating.  Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Township.  Parastas services will be held on Tuesday at 7p.m. in the funeral home.   Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
