Janice E. McMillen, 76 of Charleroi passed away Wednesday December 13, 2017 in her home.  She was born April 29, 1941 in VanVoorhis, the daughter of the late Bertha Abbott and Edgar C. Mitchell.  Mrs. McMillen is survived by her children, Cathy Anthony, Lois Simmons , Lori Simmons and Louis McMillen and his wife Cheri all of Charleroi;  her sisters Arlene Jones of Charleroi,  her twin sister Joice Gillon and her husband Jack Gillon of Long Branch and her brother Edgar Mitchell and his wife Susan of Pulaski, VA; ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.  In addition to her parents Mrs. McMillen was preceded in death by her husband John McMillen, two sisters and two brothers.
