Norma J. Granus, 88 of North Charleroi passed away Wednesday June 21, 2017 in the Monongahela Valley Hospital, Carroll Township.  She was born April 25, 1929 in Monessen, the daughter of the late Helen Pospistle and Cecil Hough.  Mrs. Granus was a member of the First Christian Church of Charleroi, she was a former financial secretary, deacon, past president and treasurer of the amicus class all of the church.  She also was a former member, secretary and chaplain of the Lock#4 Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.  Mrs. Granus is survived by her three sons Paul Granus III and Steven John Granus both of North Charleroi and Allen Cecil Granus of Charleroi; one grandson Allen Cecil Granus, Jr.  In addition to her parents Mrs. Granus is preceded in death by her husband Paul Granus, Jr. (1-26-1996), two brothers Raymond E. and Allen Roy Granus and a daughter-in-law Lee Ann Granus.  Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi.  Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Charles Cochran officiating.  Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
