A memorial service will be held for William Torbert  to celebrate his life on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11:00 am  at the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi, Fifth & Lincoln St. Charleroi, Pa. 15022. Followed by a light luncheon at the church. .
