Bridget R. Gauden

Bridget R. Gauden, 63, of Roscoe, passed away on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, at home with her loving family by her side. Born in North Charleroi on May 31st, 1962, Bridget was the daughter of late Elijah and Margaret (Bell) Gauden.

Bridget attended California Area High School and later graduated from the Douglas School of Business in Monessen. For the past 10 years, she was employed by Duct Mate Industries, where she was known for her dedication and customer service.

Bridget found her greatest joy in time spent with her family – especially movie nights and her beloved tradition of breakfast for dinner. She was a selfless and accommodating soul whose kindness left lasting impressions on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Surviving to cherish Bridget’s memory; her children Ken (Gabby) Gauden of Roscoe and Katie Stankus of Bridgeville; her granddaughter, Emery Renee Gauden; her siblings Debra Palfrey of Elkton, MD, Bonnie Hotz of Brick, NJ, Samuel Gauden of Cleveland, OH, James Gauden of Roscoe, and Denise (Jerry) Fink of South Park; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who adored her and will forever remember her as “Aunt B”.

In addition to her parents, Bridget is preceded in death by her sisters Wanda McGarry and Janet Cox, and her brother Gary Gauden and her nephew Steven Hotz.

Friends and family will be received from 1:00 to 4:00p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00p.m. on Saturday, February 14th, 2026 at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 15th, 2026 at NOON (12p.m.) inside the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service to Howe Cemetery, Coal Center.
