Cathleen "Mammy" Corrick

Cathleen “Mammy” Corrick, 65, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully with her beloved family by her side on March 31st, 2024. Cathy was born on October 27th, 1958 to the late Edison Corrick, Sr. and Judith Gibson.

Cathy was an avid reader of all genres and was most known for her storytelling that enchanted audiences of all ages. She loved to watch Jeopardy and outsmarted anyone who watched with her, she also enjoyed watching the historical channel and British Television. Cathy had a green thumb and loved tending to her plants. Cathy will be remembered as the most wonderful, kindhearted “Mammy” who loved nothing more but to spend time with her beloved family of whom will miss her the most.

Surviving to cherish Cathy’s memory; her son Jeremy Miklos and daughter Amanda Miklos, her grandchildren Jasmin (Chad) Melenyzer, Jenna (George Lukach) Miklos, Darius Cooper, and Sidney Miklos. Her great-granddaughters Livia and Violet Melenyzer. Along with her sisters, Candace “Nunee” Corrick and Cynthia “Boo” Baka and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Cathy is preceded in death by her brother Edison “Ricky” Corrick, Jr.

Friends and family will be received from 2:00 to 4:00pm on Friday, April 5th, 2024 at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
