Dolores E. Prentice

Dolores E. Prentice, 86, of Charleroi, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018 in Monongahela Valley Hospital, Carroll Township. She was born August 18, 1931 in North Charleroi, the daughter of the late William and Catherine Jackson Prentice. Dolores retired in 1994 from Monongahela Valley Hospital where she was a secretary in the purchasing department. She is survived by her son Douglas E. Prentice and his wife Marna of Charleroi; her sister Patricia Beveridge of Charleroi; two grandsons Douglas Prentice and Matthew Prentice. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her sister Rhoda Yates and two brothers Ronald Prentice and William Prentice. Friends will be received Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi.
