Homer Michael Osborne

Homer M. Osborne, 75, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on October 19th, 2020 at The Residence at Hilltop assisted living facility. The son of the late Homer and Carmalene (Caputo) Osborne, Homer was born on February 19th, 1945, in North Charleroi. A graduate of Charleroi High School, Homer served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a member of Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish.

Homer is survived by his wife Sandra (McGinty) Osborne of Charleroi. Son Jason (Valerie) Osborne of Charleston Maine; grandson Mathew J. Annis of Charleston Maine, sister-in-law Angenita Osborne of Charleroi, brother-in-law John Thompson of Charleroi  and god-daughter Kimberly Zewan Guthrie of Eighty Four Pa.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers; John H. Osborne, Robert Y. Osborne and niece Carla Jo Renneck.

Family and friends will be received Friday October 23th from 2 to 4pm & 6 to 8pm in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home, 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Pa 15022. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 24th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi 7th & Washington Ave., Charleroi Pa. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the church. Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing are required inside the funeral home and at the church.
