Joyce M. Newman

Joyce M. Newman, 79 of Largo, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024. 

Joyce was born on October 15, 1944, in Washington D. C. she was proceeded in death by her Husband Tom, her parents, her sister Nancy, and nephew Scotty.

Joyce is survived by her sister Jennie (William) Mosteller, brother Bob (Nancy) Fritter, and several Nieces and Nephews.

Joyce moved to Charleroi, PA in 1990 with her late husband she was homemaker, caretaker, and beloved Aunt. She will be remembered for her selflessness. Joyce never passed up an opportunity to put a smile on someone’s face. She had a passion for reading, loved animals, and enjoyed spending time with her family!

During her remaining years, Joyce lived with her best friend her sister Jennie and her brother – in – law William in Largo, Florida.

Friends and family will be received from 2:00 to 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Interment will be held privately at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Arrangements have been entrusted to the HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
