June Cooper Obituary

June “June Bug” Cooper, 71, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly at UPMC Washington Hospital on June 22nd, 2025. June Bug was born on June 20th, 1954, in Terre Haute, IN, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella Mae (Lang) Bradshaw.

 

June Bug was a loving and caring mother and grandmother who adored her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed attending Bingo and Cash Bashes mostly to play the raffle games. June Bug loved fishing, listening to her oldie’s music, and cruising around on back country roads. She will be missed dearly by her family, whom she loved and cherished the most.

 

Surviving to cherish June Bug’s memory; her sons Donnie Cooper and Chris (Brittany) Harps and her daughters Heather Cooper and Karrie Cooper. Her brothers James “Bimbo” Bradshaw, Frank Bradshaw, and Kindel Handlin, numerous nieces and nephews and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. And a very special friend Jake Piatt.

 

In addition to her parents, June Bug is preceded in death by her brothers Joe Bradshaw Jr., Paul Bradshaw, and William Bradshaw.
