Keith Thomas Melenyzer, 58, formerly of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2020 at the AristaCare at Park Avenue nursing home in Meadville Pa. The son of D. Keith & Joy (Gilmer) Melenyzer, Keith was born on May 9th, 1962 in Morgantown W.V.

Keith is survived by his mother Joy (Gilmer) Melenyzer of West Newton; brother Kirk Sr. (Toni) Melenyzer of North Charleroi, sister Kimberly (Scott) Mance of West Newton. Nieces; Mikayla, Aubrie and Riley Mance. Nephews Kirk Jr., Adam and Chad Melenyzer.

Keith is preceded in death by his father D. Keith Melenyzer.
