Keith "Cap" Eugene Quinn

Keith Eugene Quinn, 70, of Fallowfield Township, passed away in his home unexpectedly on December 19th, 2024. Keith was born in North Charleroi on June 4th, 1954 to the late Cecil Eugene and Mary (Mavrakis) Quinn.

Keith was a 1972 graduate of Charleroi Area High School. “Mr. Quinn” worked for many years at Charleroi Area School District as an armed school resource officer and loved all of his kids. He made lifelong bonds with the students, teachers, co-workers, bus drivers and maintenance staff. He was brave and ready to sacrifice his life for the safety of the school and for his family.

“Cap” as many friends called him, was an avid gardener, hunter and fisherman and loved spending time in the outdoors. He will be sorely missed by his hunting buddies, Billy and Micheal. Cap was the best chef ever, having worked at The Back Porch Restaurant for many years, and a master contractor/painter who could do just about anything. He will be remembered as the most loving father and husband.

Surviving to cherish his memory; his wife of 36 years, Kimberly Quinn and their beautiful daughter Kaylee Sara Quinn (Kyle Meixner) of Fallowfield Township. He is also survived by those he loved dearly – brother Mark (Regina) Quinn, his sister Dawn Quinn, brother-in-law Gary (Leslie) DuJordan and every single nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Keith is preceded in death by his sister Lorie Quinn.

Friends and family will be received from 10:00am to 12:00pm (NOON) and 1:00 to 3:00pm on Monday, December 23, 2024, the funeral service will be held at 3:00pm inside the funeral home at HOGAN-MELENYZER & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
