Lilli "Shug" Bette Torbert

Lilli Bette “Shug” Torbert, 64, of Charleroi, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Lilli was born on July 15th, 1960 at the old Charleroi-Monessen Hospital, to the late William and Ruth (Davis) Torbert.

Lilli was a 1978 graduate of Charleroi Area High School. She attended Wilma Boyd Career School where she got her training as a travel agent, a career that she pursued for a time in Naples, FL. It was also in Naples where she discovered her passion for cooking. Soon after her return to Pennsylvania in 1997, she met and fell in love with her fiancé, Randy Bradshaw.

In addition to her parents, Lilli is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ben and Ethel Davis and paternal grandparents, Harry and Flora Torbert, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Surviving to cherish Lilli’s memory; her fiancé Randy Bradshaw, her sister Sarah Jane Torbert, her niece Vivian (Robert) Cicero, and numerous cousins and friends. And Lilli’s furry friend Thor.
