Rebecca L. Black, 60, of Fallowfield Township, passed away at the Mon Valley Care Center on June 18th, 2026. Rebecca was born in Charleroi on February 10th, 1966 to the late Donald and Linda (Bush) Black.
Rebecca loved spending time in the comfort of her own home and being with friends and family while watching her favorite shows and movies on TV. Most importantly, Rebecca loved her two cats Izzy and Knox.
Surviving to cherish Rebecca’s memory; her daughter Molly Feeney, her grandson Elliot Feeney-Jankowski, her sisters; Ruth Ann Henderson, Joan Jericho, and Cheryl (Fred) Balmer and her brother Donald (Jennifer) Black. Her nieces Brandy (Gary) Crevda and Tobi (Martin) Fantauzzi and her nephews Michael (Fran) Henderson and Fred (Lanie) Balmer, her great-nephews Bryce Crevda and Henry Balmer and her great niece Sylvie.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca is preceded in death by her brother-in-law Kenny Jericho.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the hospice nurses and staff at ViaQuest and to the nurses and staff of Mon Valley Care Center for their wonderful and comforting care they provided for Ms. Rebecca Black.
Friends and family will be received from 4:00 to 6:00pm, at which time the funeral service will be held inside the funeral home on Monday, June 22nd, 2026 at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
