Sherry Gillock

Sherry Gillock, 64, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on July 1st, 2025. Born in North Charleroi on August 13th, 1960, Sherry was the daughter of the late John K. & Margaret (Gurnik) Gillock.  

A graduate of Charleroi Area High School class of 1978, Sherry was a truly wonderful person. She enjoyed watching her morning games shows, lifetime channel, shopping and was the life of the party who always had everyone laughing. Her children where her world, from youth sporting events to watching them grow into adults, Sherry was always proud and loved her kids with all her heart.

Surviving to cherish Sherry’s memory; her daughter Jamie (Brian Lowther) Greer and her son Jesse (Ronnie Lamb) Nolder. Her brother Wayne Gillock, and brother-in-law Robert Varner. Her friends, Sally Bachism, James (Joann) Greer III, Erla Magruda and Kelly Brounce.

In addition to her parents Sherry is preceded in death by Norman Nolder.
