Valerie Jean Timms, 62, of Waynesburg, formerly of Allenport, passed away unexpectedly on March 14th, 2022, in her home. Born on January 30th, 1960, in North Charleroi, Valerie is the daughter of the late Victor & Alice (Hough) Harper.

Jean loved to shop, she took great pride in her collection of shoes and clothing. She enjoyed relaxing summer days at Conneaut Lake with her friends and her husband Richard.

Surviving to cherish Valerie’s memory, her husband of over 36 years, Richard Timms and her son Brandon Patrick Fordyce.

Valerie is preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family will be received from 10:00am to NOON on Friday March 18th, 2022, at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC. (formerly Schrock- Hogan Funeral Home), 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Interment will follow the visitation at Monongahela Cemetery.
