Virginia Hall, 51 of Charleroi passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016.  She was born May 8, 1965 in Portsmouth, VA., the daughter of the late David C. and Shirley (Richards) Hall.  Virginia is survived by two sisters, Cheryl L. Hall Segale (Charles Segale), Terri Brownfield (Richard Evans) and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by three sisters, Cheryl Ann Hall, Bernadine Hall, Maureen Hall Lathrop and one brother, James Hall.  Services will be private.  Arrangements were entrusted to the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
